Despite jumping out to a 3 run lead, the Lions fell in the 2nd game of the series against New Prairie by a score of 9-3. Some defensive lapses led to 2 big innings that ended the Lions 7 game winning streak. Brennon Whickcar and Trevor Hilliard pitched a combined 6 innings giving up no earned runs. Offensive leaders were: Brody Weaver with 2 hts, a run, and an RBI, and Brennan with a double. The Lions travel to Michigan City this Friday.
